Our associate program is divided into 4 phases. Within each phase, there are modules designed to build your foundation as a stylist. The amount of time in the program is variable, dependent upon how quickly you move through the phases and gain the skills necessary to succeed in this industry. During this time, you will gain knowledge in your technical skills, business building skills, and soft skills (communication, client experience, etc).

As you gain confidence and proficiency in your foundational skills, you will begin taking clients. Our goal for you is to begin your career in the most effective, and efficient timeline for you.
